The purpose of this notice is to advise on the deferred construction timing to Spring 2024 and to clarify the key issues discussed during the Public Information Centre (PIC) in January 2023 and subsequent discussions with homeowners. It also provides an update on the proposed works on Rosegarden Crescent.
