Request for Comments - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications - Collecdev (8868 Yonge) LP - 8868 Yonge Street
The City recently received Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit a 14 storey residential building.
The applications seek to amend existing permissions, as approved by the OMB in 2016, for an 8 storey retirement building on the subject lands.
The applications and supporting materials were circulated to relevant City departments and external agencies for review and comment.
Staff are seeking feedback from Council and the public on the proposed applications pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
Staff will work with the applicant to consider the comments received and will complete a detailed review of the proposed applications in advance of a recommendation report to be prepared for a future Council meeting.
Public Comments:
The public may submit written correspondence regarding agenda matters by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca. Written correspondence must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments submitted will be provided to all Members of Council, considered as public information and noted in the public record.
Delegations:
No prior registration is required to make an in-person Delegation, but is encouraged. Prior registration is required should the public intend to make an electronic delegation by video conference or telephone. Applications to appear as a delegation must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca or by using the on-line application form found on Richmondhill.ca. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as a delegation.
