Note: Next Committee of the Whole meeting will be September 6th and the next Council Meeting will be September 13th.

All agenda items were passed unanimously by council except for the following two contentious items:

• The motion to pause the David Dunlap Observatory Park 16 pickleball courts to allow time to monitor the impact of the outdoor pickleball facility improvements being made between 2022 and 2024 did pass.

• Approval of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications - Sabella Ridge Estates Inc. - 10684 and 10692 Yonge Street

  • Against - Liu, Cui, Shiu
