Council Public Meetings are for Planning Staff to receive comments from Council members and residents about development applications. There are no decisions made by Council at these meetings.

Council Public Meeting - Nov. 26

On the agenda are requests for comments for amendment applications for 11198 Bayview, 11 Cynthia, Schomberg/Maple Grove and 13049 Bathurst.

Budget Committee of the Whole Meeting - Nov. 25

Agenda items: RH BIA and Library budgets, 2025 draft operating budgets, increase for cultural grants and an economic development mission.

Council Public Meeting - Oct. 22

On the agenda is a proposal for 108 townhouses at 40 to 74 Stouffville Rd. and expanding existing additional residential units up to 4.

Council Public Meeting - Sept. 24
